This position performs clerical duties which require attention to accuracy, detail, and timeliness. Position must adhere to strict standards of confidentiality of information. Work is performed in an office setting during normal office hours. Position must comply with legal requirements and regulations. Position is accountable for all monies collected from fee payments and for recording each transaction in the appropriate account. Position must be able to deal with the public in a professional manner during stressful situations.
This position is responsible for providing civil and criminal legal services and duties to the various departments of the Stillwater County Government as well as providing legal advice and guidance to the CountyCommission, Elected Officials, and appointed officials on a regular basis.
This position is responsible for the weed programs in Stillwater County. The function of this program is to provide education, organizational skills, prepare contracts, negotiate with contractors, the public and private agencies as well as assist in research on specific problems in the county, and mapping of weed areas using GPS/GIS applications.
