Request for Qualifications for Information Technology Managed Services
Stillwater County is requesting professional I.T. Managed Services proposals from a qualified firm or team of consultants to provide professional IT managed services including but not limited to technical support, assistance, hardware and software management, troubleshooting, and network system maintenance to Stillwater County. Questions regarding RFQ requirements must be received via email by August 2nd, 3:00 p.m., 2022. Late questions will not receive responses. Questions can be submitted to Christine Baker, Planning Department at email@example.com. Proposals containing the information required by this RFQ, must be received no later than August 5th, 2022, 3:00 p.m. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “RFQ I.T. Answer: Per page 6 of the RFQ Submittal Requirements, submittals should not exceed 10 pages (front & back).
Invitation to Bid on Solid Waste Roll-Off Boxes
The Stillwater County Solid Waste Department is accepting sealed bids for eight (8) 40 cubic yard roll-off boxes, one (1) 30 cubic yard roll-off box, and two (2) square 40 cubic yard compaction containers.
An envelope containing the bid must be marked “Roll-off Box Containers” and mailed to:

Roll-off boxes and compaction boxes may be seen at the Stillwater County Solid Waste site, 248 Hwy 10 West, just west of Park City, during regular business hours.

PURCHASE OF ONE (1) CURRENT YEAR NEW MODEL ROLL-OFF TRUCK CHASSIS
Sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) Current Year New Model Roll-Off Truck Chassis will be received in the Finance Department at the Stillwater County Courthouse, P.O. Box 795, Columbus, MT 59019, until 4:30 PM on August 22, 2022. Bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 9:00 AM during the Commissioners Agenda Meeting located on the First Floor of the Courthouse, 400 3rd Ave N, Columbus, MT 59019. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR CONSIDERATION OF AMENDING SOLID WASTE POLICY 6.00: RATES
INCREASING SOLID WASTE ASSESSMENT RATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on August 16, 2022, at 9:30 AM, to consider amending Policy 6.00: Rates; increasing the Solid Waste Assessment Rates and Policy 8.00: Rate Schedule/Commercial Rate Schedule. The Stillwater County Solid Waste District Board recommended a rate increase of six percent (6%) per unit and a six percent (6%) increase annually for three (3) years thereafter; with a review in 2025 for 2026. This fee increase does not apply to the City of Columbus. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the proposed fee increase. The Commission will make a decision on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. during their agenda meeting located at the County Courthouse, 400 E. 3rd Ave North, 1st Floor, Columbus, Montana. All written comments will be accepted at or before the public hearing and addressed to Stillwater County Commissioners, P.O. Box 970, Columbus, MT 59019. PROPOSED PIONEER LANDING SUBDIVISION (P.U.D)
The Stillwater-Columbus City-County Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 26th, 2022 at the Stillwater County Pavilion, located at 328 E. 5th Ave N., in Columbus to receive comments and input regarding the proposed Pioneer Landing Subdivision.
Gaston Engineering, on behalf of Lokahi, LLC, has submitted a preliminary plat application and materials for the proposed Pioneer Landing Subdivision, A P.U.D. The proposed subdivision consists of approximately 69.55 acres with 62 townhouse lots, 83 single-family lots, 3 commercial lots, and 12 open space lots.
The proposed subdivision is located on the north side of Centennial Road, north of Columbus, with access from Centennial Road and Bayou Drive (proposed to be renamed Tempest Drive). City water and sewer is proposed to be extended to serve the subdivision, and annexation into the City of Columbus is proposed. The property is legally described as being COS 246564 and Tract 3A-1A of COS 371158, situated in the N ½ of Section 21, T 2 S, R 20 E, Stillwater County, Montana.

Myers Creek Road Closure
As of June 10, 2021, Myers Creek Road from the Ranger Station to the end has been closed. The road is unpassable and not safe for public travel. The County will be working towards a repair that can make the road safe at least for ATV travel.
