Stillwater County is accepting written proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call architectural and engineering services. The A/E Team needs to demonstrate experience providing architectural and engineering services to local government pursuant to Titles 7 and 18, Montana Code Annotated.

The Stillwater County Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 at the Stillwater County Pavilion, 328 E. 5th Avenue North, Columbus, MT, to receive public comments regarding the proposed boundaries and regulations of the Stillwater County Development Regulations.

The proposed boundaries include all unincorporated areas of Stillwater County, except the City of Columbus extra-territorial zoning jurisdiction, as well as State and Federal lands. The proposed Regulations create a system and process for review of certain land use proposals, including a conditional use process for multi-family, commercial, and industrial uses, as well as criteria for certain signage.

The proposed Development Regulations are available for public inspection at the Stillwater County Clerk and Recorders Office on the second floor of the Stillwater County Courthouse at 400 E. 3rd Ave. N., Columbus, MT; the Stillwater County Planning Office located at 17 N. 4th St., in Columbus, MT; or online at: Stillwater County Proposed Development Regulations.
