The Stillwater County Commissioners are accepting applications for one (1) member position on the County Planning Board with a term to expire Jan 2020. This Board is comprised of citizen representation county-wide. The citizen members of the county planning board shall be resident freeholders in the area over which the county planning board has jurisdiction. The Planning Board reviews proposed subdivisions and study other planning issues. Members meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. and occasionally attend public hearings. The Stillwater County Commissioners are now accepting applications from county residents to serve on the Solid Waste Board. One position is available for a three-year term. Applicants must be a resident within the boundaries of the Solid Waste District (county-wide outside the town boundary of Columbus). The Solid Waste Board holds regular meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:00 pm to review operations of the Solid Waste program and make recommendations to the County Commissioners. This position will remain posted until filled. PARK CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEE VACANCIES
The Stillwater County Commissioners are accepting applications from individuals willing to serve on the Park City Volunteer Fire District Board of Trustees. The Trustees oversee the administrative duties of the Fire District. This includes monthly board meetings where the administrative business of the district is discussed and acted upon.
PCVFD Trustee meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Park City Fire Hall. Applicants must be a registered voter and a resident within the boundaries of the Park City Volunteer Fire District. One (1) position is available, for a three-year term, effective May 8, 2018.
