About the Board

The Facilities- Capital Improvement Committee is a group of community stakeholders appointed by the County Commissioners. This team works in tandem with the Commissioners on information gathering, visioning, and eventually making recommendations, on the first set of capital improvement projects being undertaken in the County in several decades. These stakeholders bring a diverse set of skills to the planning process, and have several decades of experience in government service, land use and environmental planning, capital project management, private enterprise, and facilities maintenance.
